Study skills workshop offered for area high school students

A five-week optional after-school study skills workshop will be offered at Lauralton Hall for area high school students. Presented by Fairfield-based S4 (Successful Study Skills 4 Students), the workshop will be held on Mondays from January 31 until March 7, beginning at 3:00 p.m. and ending at 4:30 p.m.

The S4 program is designed to instruct and equip students with specific study skill strategies, tools and methods to achieve effective and efficient learning in organization, time management and executive functioning. The workshop’s objective is to provide students with tools that can be actively applied throughout their entire academic curriculum.
