Lauralton faculty feted during Teacher Appreciation Week

Teacher Appreciation Week, May 2 through 6, was celebrated in a big way at Lauralton Hall, beginning with a proclamation issued by a vote of the Board of Trustees at their May Board meeting:  

The Board of Trustees of the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy, Lauralton Hall extends its appreciation to the faculty of Lauralton Hall for their hard work, dedication and professional excellence.
 

Teacher Appreciation Week celebrations abounded! Early in the week, faculty and staff members were treated to a continental breakfast provided by the administration. A mid-week lunch was graciously offered by the Student Council and to end the week-long “celebration of food,” a delicious full breakfast was provided on Thursday by McAuley Guild, Lauralton’s mothers’ club. Faculty members were also treated with individual gifts and raffle prizes generously provided by the administration and McAuley Guild.
