Galiani named scholar athlete by News 12

Congratulations to Margaret Galiani, ’06 who has been named scholar athlete of the week for the week of February 27 by News 12 Connecticut.

 

Margaret is a three-sport athlete (basketball, volleyball and lacrosse) who also excels in the classroom. She has led the basketball team in scoring for the last three seasons and is a two-time All-Conference selection. Basketball coach Steve Schuler credits his captain for the team’s success this season. Margaret carries a 98 average and has been accepted at Georgetown University and Boston College She says she is leaning towards BC and hopes to major in pre-med.
