Thanks and accolades are due to an amazing community of young women and their families for once again coming together in a tremendous effort to present “Christmas in the Mansion” 2007. For the 18th annual event, donations for the raffle and gift boutique poured in; volunteer decorators worked endlessly to prepare the buildings and grounds with this year’s “Silver Bells” theme; students, parents, staff and alumnae baked delicacies for sale in the Bake Shoppe; and trees were beautifully decorated for raffle. Preparations for this major annual fundraiser began in the fall and lasted right up to the event weekend. Parents, students and alumnae worked diligently toward a common goal…a successful friend-raiser and fundraiser. Without the dedication of these amazing volunteers this event could not have been a success.

The Lauralton community appreciates the exhibitors who brought us outstanding works of art, exquisite jewelry, one-of-a-kind accessories and most of all, holiday spirit. And we extend a very special thank you to the thousands who visited our campus during “Christmas in the Mansion” weekend.

We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to “Christmas in the Mansion” 2007 and look forward to welcoming new exhibitors, volunteers and visitors to the 2008 event, which will take place, as always, during the weekend after Thanksgiving weekend, December 4 - 7, 2008.
