Seniors celebrate "100 days to graduation" milestonePosted on Mar 12, 2005
On March 2, the senior class gathered for their 100 Days Dinner. After opening remarks by President Barbara Griffin, Senior Class President Saron Smith-Hardin spoke about the significance of the event. Campus Minister Christine Ring offered grace and a delicious buffet was enjoyed by all. As the seniors finished dinner, letters they had written to each other and to themselves in freshman year were distributed, triggering both emotional and humorous reactions. After the traditional cutting of the cake by the class officers, master hypnotist Dan LaRosa performed his routine to the amazement of the guests. Having passed the “100 days until graduation” milestone, Lauralton’s seniors are beginning to contemplate their bitter/sweet feelings about graduation and all the surrounding activities News | Contact | Site Map | Search About LH | Admissions | Academics | Alumnae | Student Life | Parents | Development |
